Laura Howell, with over 28 years experience, established the practice in 2003. Laura treats all musculoskeletal and sports related injuries. Laura was a rower, therefore she understands what it means to get back into training as soon as possible. You will always get a clear explanation of your condition and your treatment plan.

Manual Therapy

Sports Taping
Sports taping enables injured muscles and joints to tolerate load and speeds up rehabilitation. Taping enhances quicker recovery.
