Meet Jessica Osborne our Massage Therapist.

Jessica offers Swedish and Deep Tissue Therapeutic Raynor Massage.

Raynor massage has a profound effect due to its whole-body approach influenced by Eastern beliefs in healing and working with the body’s subtle energy paths. The goal is to find and release both physical and emotional tension in the body. This is more of an energizing massage. During the treatment you might be asked to turn onto your sides, back and front to allow your therapist to deliver the classic Raynor Massage.

Swedish Massage is a more relaxing treatment and you are not expected to turn onto your sides. This technique improves blood the flow to your tissues and promotes relaxation by soothing your muscles.

These styles of massage are suitable for all ages and levels of fitness and helps to eradicate everyday aches and pains that we accumulate through our daily activities.  Massage aims to find the root cause of these problems by removing the tension that caused it.

Massage can be used to treat a wide range of mental, physical, and emotional issues; insomnia, depression, muscle fatigue, anxiety, soft tissue injuries, and stress to name just a few. One of the immediate benefits is one of deep relaxation as endorphins flood the brain resulting in a sense of wellbeing.

Jessica is also a keen fitness fanatic and qualified yoga instructor, passionate about leading a healthy lifestyle and is happy to share this passion and knowledge with her clients to help them find balance in their lives.

Jessica’s aim for her clients is to help them find a deep sense of wellbeing. As a masseuse and also as a yoga instructor, she knows that self-care, self-acceptance and awareness form the basis of balance – and she is always willing to share her passion and knowledge with clients to help them find balance in their lives. Of course, if you want a chat-free session, Jessica can offer those too.
